Jerold E. Rothkoff, an elder law attorney, is the Principal of the Law Offices of Jerold E. Rothkoff, with offices in Trevose, PA and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, where he dedicates his practice to serving clients in the areas of elder law, asset protection, estate planning, guardianship, and advocacy for the elderly and disabled.
Jerry is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Elder Law Section, as well as several county bar associations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Stroke Council and the Twilight Wish Foundation, and is the immediate past chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Elder Law Section. He is a frequent lecturer, speaker, and author for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, as well as non-profit and professional organizations. Jerry is the former co-host of SeniorTalkRadio, a radio show heard on WWDB 860AM, discussing legal and financial issues effecting the elderly & those with disabilities.
Most importantly, he and his wife, Erica, are the proud parents of two sets of twins, identical girls, age 10, and fraternal boys, age 7.
Mr. Rothkoff is a 1986 graduate of Syracuse University. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from the Widener University School of Law.
